Step 1
When you order Bankruptcy: Yes or No?
by clicking on the Order Now button, you will be directed to Mind Like
Water's secure online store. Mind Like Water, Inc., is the
publisher.
Step 2
You will be asked to fill in some basic personal information such as phone
number, e-mail address, etc. This information is necessary in case there
is a problem with ordering and we have to contact you. Please
review our Privacy
Policy and Terms
of Use.
Step 3
Next, you will select the type of credit card to use. We accept
MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Checks or money orders should be made out to Mind Like Water, Inc. and sent to 5427 Johnson Drive, Mission, Kansas (USA) 66205
Step 4
Enter your credit card number and expiration date (month/year).
Step 5
Your order will be automatically processed and you will receive an
online invoice to print for your records. At the bottom of the
invoice are instructions (including your password) for downloading the
e-book and bonus gifts (one file). You will receive the same
information by e-mail. You will automatically be sent an e-mail
containing your invoice, and an e-mail containing downloading
instructions. If you

When you click on the download button, you will be asked for a password. Simply enter your password and open the book. The
file is in Adobe Acrobat
(pdf), so any
computer (Mac, Windows, Unix) can read the file using the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader. Most computers already have the free Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed, but if you don't have the Acrobat Reader, you can download it for
free by using the following link:

your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. On our Order Form, complete the
"Ship to" and "Bill to" sections. Next, print the
Order Form (or hand write
the same information) and send this to the postal address or FAX number shown below.
